EQUIPMENT REBUILDING 

Our equipment rebuilding process is unmatched in the industry. We select quality oilseed extraction, rendering, or feed process equipment. Upon arrival, machines are steam cleaned, sandblasted to bare metal, and disassembled. We inspect for cracks or welds and discard any compromised bases. Castings are checked for tolerances and rebuilt or replaced with new OEM parts. Gears and bearings are replaced if they have less than 70% life remaining. All seals and gaskets are replaced, and main motors are rewound or replaced as needed. Guards are rebuilt or newly constructed. Machines are then reassembled, primed, painted, and tested before shipping.

START-UP ASSISTANCE AND PERSONNEL TRAINING

We provide technical supervision on installation for all equipment and systems sold. This includes start-up assistance and in-house operator training to ensure maximum capacity and efficiency.

PROCESS PARAMETERS

We specialize in optimizing processing machines like Expeller Presses, Roller Mills, Pellet Mills, and Hammer Mills. Our engineers determine the best speeds, accessories, and configurations to ensure maximum performance in capacity, residual oil, and particle size.
