Mobile (Contenarized) Oil Seed Crushing Plant

Used, As-Is Mobile (single container) oil seed crusher (cold pressing)

Based on a KEK P0101 crusher (100 Kgs./Hr. = 220 Lbs./Hr.), with space designed to upgrade with an additional KEK unit and Amafilter leaf and sock filters for primary, secondary, and tertiary filtration to <1 micron particulate.

The process container includes a 400 + gallons stainless steel holding tank.

The system is automated with a Siemens PLC process controller.

We have two optional containers available, one for seed cleaning and another for seed storage at extra cost.

Last Used for Hemp Oil Extraction.
